Using AthleteAhead

AthleteAhead is a division of UtopiaCharleston.

AthleteAhead helps athletes prepare profiles, organize source material, share selected media kits, and explore introductions. Use the service honestly and only for information you are authorized to provide. Profiles and preparation checklists are not independent certifications, valuations, background-screening reports, or scholarship and NIL eligibility decisions. No offer, earnings amount, placement, or partnership is guaranteed.

Who can participate

Adults aged 18 or older may manage their own profiles. An adult parent or legal guardian may prepare a private profile for an athlete aged 13–17 with the athlete’s agreement. Guardian authority is self-attested. Youth profiles cannot join public discovery, direct social connections, automated monitoring, or adult commercial introductions. Guardians may apply to the separate education track. Do not enter information about anyone under 13.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in the material you submit. You authorize AthleteAhead to store and process it to provide the features you select, and to display the selected portions to the audiences you authorize. Submit photos and other material only when you have the necessary rights and permission. Avoid sensitive documents and other people’s private information.

Profiles start private. Directory listing, inquiries, shared sections, search permission, and social-account refresh choices are separate controls. A share link can be opened by anyone who holds it until it expires or is revoked. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Removing a directory listing does not revoke separate share links.

Preparation, sources, and corrections

Information supplied by athletes and organizations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check original sources, identity, timing, and context before relying on a claim. Search results stay private until you review them and separately choose to include evidence in a shared profile. Use the support center to request a correction or appeal a platform action. Keep recruiting, scholarship, contract, and eligibility decisions within the relevant institution’s and adviser’s processes.

Pilot applications and brand opportunities

Applying is free and does not create a subscription or a public listing. Only apply on your own behalf or with authority to represent the named organization. The platform team may review an organization’s identity and representative before making pilot introductions. A recorded verification describes the checks performed; it is not a guarantee of conduct or suitability.

A submitted budget or opportunity brief is a proposal for discussion, not a binding contract. Parties must independently confirm the scope, compensation, rights, deadlines, and applicable requirements before entering an agreement. AthleteAhead does not sign an agreement or accept an offer on your behalf. Your pilot contact permission covers coordination about your application and opportunity, not unrelated marketing.

Acceptable use and moderation

Do not impersonate someone, harass participants, send deceptive or unwanted solicitations, seek private information about minors, or attempt to access another user’s private workspace. Do not present a preparation checklist as a character grade or use this platform to infer health conditions, substance use, or behavior from someone’s friendships or appearance.

Authorized staff may restrict participation while reviewing a documented concern. A report is an allegation pending review. Affected users can submit an appeal through Support and retain access to read or delete their information, subject to existing billing obligations and disclosed retention requirements.

Services and membership

Social-account reads depend on the provider’s permissions and availability. Automated searches cover a defined set of sources and cannot establish complete internet coverage. Optional services become available only when their required connections and delivery systems are active. Free pilot monitoring access, if granted, expires on its stated date and does not automatically become paid.

Paid enrollment remains closed until the operator configures the service and completes launch checks. Any paid offer has separate membership, renewal, and cancellation terms presented before checkout. Saving a profile, applying to the pilot, or authorizing a social account does not charge you.

Privacy, support, and operator

The privacy notice explains storage, access, sharing, and retention. Submit support, source-correction, and appeal requests through the support center.

AthleteAhead’s service operator is UtopiaCharleston. The direct support email is awaiting owner configuration. Private support requests are available with or without sign-in; paid enrollment is closed.

Opportunity introductions and educational guidance

Opportunity availability depends on residence, school, governing body, athletic eligibility, activity location, applicable law, and the actual arrangement. Organizations must submit complete and accurate briefs and seek a fresh review if the activity or compensation changes. A released introduction allows a conversation only. It does not approve a contract, grant athletic eligibility, authorize work, or permit payment. Athletes and organizations remain responsible for required professional advice, notices, permissions, and school approvals.

The athlete brand playbook provides education and self-guided mentoring prompts. It does not include a personal human mentor, legal representation, agent representation, or a guarantee of scholarships, sponsorships, earnings, reputation, or future opportunities.

Connected provider terms

When you use AthleteAhead’s YouTube API features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Provider permissions, approvals, and API availability may limit what the platform can access.

Saved learning, notifications, and review history

Your saved learning notes and completion history are private and self-reported. Service updates appear in Activity. Optional emails use your signed-in account’s email and can be turned off; they do not subscribe you to marketing. A previously delivered introduction remains readable if its review expires, while further platform action requires a current review.

Acceptance of these terms is recorded with an account identifier, version, and timestamp when you save a profile or accept a presented update. A documented preservation matter may require restricted copies of relevant records to be retained after ordinary deletion. The privacy notice describes those limits.

Changes

The date above identifies this version. Material changes to paid offers or permissions will be presented before a new purchase or authorization. New features do not automatically broaden the sharing choices you have made.
